Eating has been a bit of a challenge. Beth is very interested in solid food, but still doesn't really open her mouth to accept food. She will, however, eat baked sweet potato fries and loves to chew on steamed green beans, sugar snap peas and carrots. I'm not too worried, she's clearly doing just fine with mostly nursing.
Beth is slightly mobile already. I think Nora was really good at pulling herself to standing and army crawling by this age, so I shouldn't be surprised. Beth has pulled herself to standing only a few times - but was very clearly proud of herself! She's also quite good at scooting across the floor - either on her bum or her tummy or by trying to get on all fours, moving her arms forward and hitching a bit.
Sleeping has been a bit of a challenge recently. Beth got a bit of a cold with a lingering cough. It has caused a disruption to her normally good night sleeping! She will give us one good block of sleep, but as soon as she wakes from that (whether it's 11pm or 4am), she wants to be cuddled for the rest of the night. Needless to say, it's made for some long nights! Naptimes have also recently been a challenge. Beth used to go down very easily, but after a series of break-ins by her sister (which led to a cover over the doorknob) and then followed by big sister pounding on the door, Beth no longer seems to nap well in her crib. Stroller, car and Ergo - she'll nap wonderfully in!

Nora would never allow me to take teddy bear photos without her approval and involvement! And yes, Nora picked out the outfit she is wearing all by herself - socks, shirt, pants and underwear!
