Fall Fun

Fall is one of our favorite times of the year. Summer is always fun, but we spend a lot of time finding water play areas and trying to stay cool. Fall is wonderful. Layers of clothing, crisp morning walks, leaves turning color and falling, autumn harvest. It just doesn't get much better for us! Here are a few fall photos from the adventures the girls and I have enjoyed!

Nora "driving" the tractor and hamming it up for the camera
Beth wanted a turn, and decided to give Nora a "ride" on the back.
I just like showing off Nora's awesome gnome hat :-)
Beth was hiding in the leaves. Where's Beth? Can anyone find her?
Nora, practicing her hockey skills while raking up the leaves. She even has protective padding on...
Silly Brookdale Farm photo.

Another silly Brookdale Farm photo.
Exiting the corn-maze.

Apple orchard with lovely color!
Beth had a rough fall shortly after we started picking apples, so Nora pulled the wagon while I carried Beth. We ended up picking only 4 pounds of apples, but the other than the tumble, the kids had fun!
Nora, when asked to smile nice for the camera...
Inside playtime on a rainy day. Nora wears her chef hat often so she can cook for her sister.
Throwing leaves is so much fun. Especially while mommy is trying to pick them up...
Beth has recently started insisting on dressing herself. She has quite the personality!
